At EchoeBack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you’re not happy with your subscription, we’ve made it easy to get a refund.
 

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual) are covered by our “7-day money-back guarantee.”

 **Within 7 days:** Contact us for a refund, minus payment processing fees (~3%). No questions asked.
**After 7 days:** No refunds are available, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.


Note: Payment processors (Stripe) charge non-refundable fees on every transaction. We pass this cost to refund requests to keep our service affordable for everyone.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

 

1. Email us at “support@echoeback.com” within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Include your account email and the reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve).
3. We’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

 

 

Cancellation vs. Refund

 

**Cancellation:** Stops future billing. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, and all scheduled capsules will still be delivered.

**Refund:** Returns your money. Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately.
